KEEP MY POWER HEALTHY

I have learned that I can keep my CNS and Limbic System healthy by exercising regularly, getting a lot of rest, not smoking tobacco products, drinking plenty of water, eating healthy, protecting myself from head injuries, not using drugs or alcohol and decreasing a use of prescription drugs. Since my brain is what tells the rest of my body how to maintain homeostasis, these will help by allowing my brain to receive the right amount of oxygen and keeping it alert in order to send signals to the rest of the body quickly.
